DUTIES (are not limited to) BUT WOULD INCLUDE:

 

1. Timely communication with guests, cleaners, & our clients/homeowners

2. Perform walk-through inspections before check ins

3. Running errands & restocking supplies at our rental properties

4. Writing guest reviews, answering phones, handling bad or angry guests

5. Back-up cleaning

6. Assist in setting up new properties

 

HOURS & AVAILABILITY:

 

• Check in when guest arrive on anytime (mostly on-site at our properties, running errands, performing needed tasks)

• 4 days break a month

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

• Reliable transportation, cell phone, & laptop

• Intuitive at learning new software

• Excellent, professional, personable communication (written & verbal)

• DETAIL-oriented, hard working, problem solving, team player

• Must thrive in a fast paced environment w/ deadlines

• Love Hosting want to provide top-notch hospitality to guests!

• Empathetic with all types of people

• “On the go” type person who enjoys working with their hands (NOT the desk job type!)

 

NOT NECESSARY BUT HELPFUL

 

• Customer service background

• Knowledge of home maintenance

 

SALARY:

 

Annual Salary starting at 6M - 8M Gross (paid monthly) with 12 days of paid leave yearly
